Registration Process

Registration for this conference will be open on 30 June 2018. More information about the registration and payment will be available in due time.

Entitlement

The registration fee entitles participants to the following:

  • Access to all sessions (e.g. keynote speeches, papers, join-the-conversation sessions, and posters) in the main conference programme
  • Access to a number of social events, including the breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches on 18-19 December 2018
  • A set of conference materials, including official programme and abstracts, conference bag, and badge
  • A certificate of attendance upon successful registration at the conference reception

Conference Dinner

Conference Dinner will be held on Tuesday, 18 December 2018. This dinner is partly subsidised by the Conference. The dinner fee for participants is HKD350.00 / USD45.00 per person. Attending the conference dinner is optional.

Confirmation of Registration

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration confirmation will be sent to all successful registrants.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may send a delegate from the same institution. Please email us the details of your registration and the information (i.e. name, post, and institution) of the delegate.

Insurance

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the Organising Committee will not be responsible for any loss incurred. It is the responsibility of the participants to make their own arrangements for personal and travel insurance.
