Presentation Options

Oral presentation – Attending in person

Each presentation will last 20 minutes (including 15-minute presentation & 5-minute Q&A). You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation about four weeks before the event. An abstract of 350 words should be submitted for review by 31 May 2016.

We will acknowledge receipt of your proposal and notify you by 20 June 2016 whether your paper is accepted. If accepted, the final paper (max. 20 pages long, double-spaced including references) should be sent to us electronically by 29 July 2016.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Poster presentation – Attending in person

Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of their papers. Authors are invited to present their works face to face to individuals and small groups. An abstract of 350 words should be submitted for review by 31 May 2016. For poster presentation, the poster should be A2 size (420 mm x 594 mm, portrait in orientation).
